Return Policy - Siena Amsterdam
At Siena Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions:

- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with labels and packaging intact.
- Exceptions: Personalized items, intimate products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
How to Return:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label and further instructions.
- Send the item back to our return address along with the original invoice or order confirmation.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless stated otherwise.
